Chicken & Rice Casserolle

Made this the other day and it was FANTASTIC! Thought I would share!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup rice
1 10oz can of Cream of Chicken
1 10oz can of Cream of Mushroom
4-6 Chicken Breast/Tenders
1 pkg of Lipton Onion Soup/Dip Mix
1 pkg of shredded cheese
Sliced Mushrooms / Jalapenos / Onions (optional)

Steps:

- Pour the rice in a 9x13 inch glass backing pan
- in a separate bowl mix the two cans of cream with two cans of water
- Pour over the rice and lightly mix together
- Lay the pieces of chicken in the mixture
- Sprinkle the Lipton mix on top of everything
- add any other optional veggies on top
- cover with aluminum foil
- bake at 350 degrees for 70 min
- remove aluminum foil and layer top of casserole with cheese
- bake un-covered for another 30 min
(may take a little longer depending on your oven - just make sure rice/chicken is done)

Let stand for 5-10 minutes
